The way a muslim is portrayed ?

Assalam alaykum (May peace be upon you)

I am a very proud muslim mother of two, I have a loving relationship with my family all thanks to allah (God)swt. I can go on for hours telling you about the beauties of islam and how it has helped me become the women i am today.

Although i try and practice, i still have much to learn. I do not yet wear the vail but am hoping its in my near future and i welcome advise from other muslim sisters for encouragement.

 It breaks my heart to know from what i have seen and heard about the way islam is portrayed in todays society. 

I look forward to hear muslims and non-muslims point of views about what they believe islam teaches.
